the inception phase through elaboration and design development
and deployment. The output includes a documentation that will
allow you to maintain the system. Invantix can also provide
support for adding new features. |

Brief: We design and develop components of a larger system.

Description: You (the customer) have a portion of a system
for which you have a clear requirements definition. This subsystem
is a black box for which inputs, behavior, and outputs are defined.
This sub system can be worked on autonomously. We develop "The

Requirements Gathering, System Design and Modeling |

Brief: We help you formalize an idea. |
Description: You (the customer) have an idea. We work
with you to realize that idea from the inception phase through
elaboration and design. We help you define use cases, busines
flows, components, data models, etc. The deliverable is a document
which is a system model wrapped up in a business document. From
there, the customer may choose to implement the plan themselves,
assign another company, or select Invantix to implement it.

Description: You (the customer) have a project that is
falling apart. We will come in and refactor the system model
and come up with a rescue plan. From there, the customer may
choose to implement the plan themselves, assign another company,
or select Invantix to implement it. |

Infrastructure design |

Brief: You want your application architecture to be robust,
scalable, and secure but you are not sure how best to implement
it. |
Description: The customer is looking for a platform to
build their Internet, Intranet, Extranet, B2B, whatever on.
We look at the needs/requirements, abilities of staff etc. and
provide options and recommendation for the architecture. The
"architecture" includes not only hardware, os, and software,
but also a process or method for success. |
